Saints Row: The Third REMASTERED

Saints Row: The Third is a 2011 action-adventure game developed by Volition and published by THQ. It is the third installment in the Saints Row series. As in the previous two games, the protagonist is a player-created character, and is the leader of the fictional 3rd Street Saints gang, who have become a media and consumer empire with their own brand in the five years since the events of Saints Row 2. Set in the fictional city of Steelport, a new setting for the series, the linear single-player story follows the Saints as they attempt to take over the city from the Syndicate, an international criminal organisation bent on destroying the Saints' reputation, while simultaneously having to deal with S.T.A.G., a paramilitary tasked with restoring order to Steelport. The game was released on November 15, 2011 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Deep Silver published a Nintendo Switch port on May 10, 2019. A remastered version, Saints Row: The Third Remastered, was also released by Deep Silver on May 22, 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows.

The Review

Experience The Full Package, Remastered. Steelport, the original city of sin, has never looked so good as it drowns in sex, drugs and guns. The Third Street Saints are at the height of power and yours to control. This is your city. These are your rules.

SaS Zombie Assault 4

SAS: Zombie Assault 4 is a very well done top-view shooter, with a handful of levels that you won’t be completing in just a couple of minutes. The replay value comes into effect when you get the itch to keep unlocking boxes for guns and gear, although it should have been even better due to the multiplayer, that feature was unfortunately flawed.

From Cuphead to Sunset Overdrive, the Xbox One’s library has a staggering number of excellent games.

After seven years in the spotlight, the Xbox One is no longer on center stage thanks to the Xbox Series X|S. That said, it's not quite time for the Xbox One's curtain call yet, as Microsoft and third-party developers will likely support the Xbox One for at least a couple more years. Even Microsoft's biggest exclusive of 2021, Halo Infinite, will appear on Xbox One when it launches. Still, it's not a bad time to look back on the experiences that defined the Xbox One’s remarkable run. While the Xbox One is a tad light on exclusives, the library is still filled with a wonderful assortment of games that will stick with us for a while. Nearly every Xbox One game works on Xbox Series X--and some even have enhancements--so Series X owners should check out some of the gems from the last console generation while they wait for new experiences.
